Objectives & Goals
 

· To help developing countries (Morocco/North African and other developing countries), to have an easy access to a variety of information in Science in general and in Biomedicine and Biotechnology in particular through high quality scientific publications.

· To promote Scientific Exchanges between developing countries and more advanced countries via the organization of international meetings and conferences.

· To facilitate the transfer of technology in the Biomedical and Biotechnological fields from industrialized countries to developing countries through the organization of workshops and exchange of expertise.

· To enhance the capabilities of developing countries to develop their Health systems by providing Consultancies and advices from expatriate nationals and International Experts.

· To help promote education and scientific research through the creation of scientific research centers of excellence.

· Identify the emerging concepts and technologies that will be key to future interdisciplinary biomedical research.

· Discover how new technology and high-throughput information are generating new approaches to the development and use of diagnostics and therapeutics, and plant biotechnology.

· Identify the prospects and perspectives on leading types of research in biomedicine, biotechnologies and pharmaceutical.

· Understand and implement policies and instruments to ensure an appropriate flow of research with means for implementation of findings (legal, property rights, financial support, training, comparisons, networks, etc).
